I believe there is an enormous unmet opportunity today to expand our concept of what it means to create well-designed user experiences. Today's User-Centered Design guidelines need to be updated to protect the social, psychological and emotional well-being of our users, in addition to creating apps that delight them and help them accomplish their goals.
With almost 10 years of experience designing intuitive, research-validated user experiences on a variety of platforms, I am proud to have served the needs of users across industries from biotech and healthcare to finance, education and entertainment.
